۞ And Allah has said: Take not two gods, He is only one Allah; so of Me alone should you be afraid. 51 And His is whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth, and unto Him is obedience due perpetually; will ye then fear any other than Allah? 52 And whatsoever of favour is with you is from Allah; then when distress toucheth you, unto Him ye cry out. 53 When He saves you from the hardship, some of you start to believe in idols. 54 showing no gratitude for what We have given them. Enjoy yourselves awhile; but soon you will know! 55 And they (even) assign, to things they do not know, a portion out of that which We have bestowed for their sustenance! By Allah, ye shall certainly be called to account for your false inventions. 56 They assign daughters to God, glory be to Him!, but for themselves [sons] that they desire to have. 57 When any of them is told about the birth of a female his face turns dark, and he is filled with suppressed anger, 58 and he hides himself from people because of the bad news, thinking: should he keep the child despite disgrace, or should he bury it in dust? How evil is their estimate of Allah! 59 Those who do not believe in the Hereafter deserve to be characterized with evil attributes whereas Allah's are the most excellent attributes. He is the Most Mighty, the Most Wise. 60
