Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

(Muhammad), say, "I seek protection from the Lord of the Dawn 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 From the evil of the darkness when it is intense, 3 From the evil of sorceresses who blow incantations on knots, 4 “And from the evil of the envier when he is envious of me.” 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
