The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Woe unto every slandering traducer, 1 Who amasseth wealth; and counteth it. 2 Does he think his wealth will abide for ever with him? 3 By no means! He will be sure to be thrown into That which Breaks to Pieces, 4 And what will make you realize what the crushing disaster is? 5 (It is) the fire of Allah, kindled, 6 Which leaps up over the hearts, 7 (And) vaults them over 8 in endless columns! 9

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
