Are you more difficult to create, or is the heaven that He constructed? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 and has made the mountains firm: 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 Your Lord alone knows when it will come; 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
