Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the heaven splits open. 1 and when the stars are scattered, 2 when the seas overflow; 3 when the graves are overturned, 4 Each soul will know what it had sent ahead and what it had left behind. 5 O man! What has seduced thee from thy Lord Most Beneficent?- 6 Who created you, then made you complete, then made you symmetrical? 7 Into whatever form He pleased He constituted you. 8 Despite this, you deny the Day of Judgment, 9 And indeed, [appointed] over you are keepers, 10 noble, recording, 11 who know what you do. 12 Most surely the righteous are in bliss, 13 But the wicked, indeed they shall be in the Fiery Furnace, 14 roasting therein on the Day of Doom, 15 nor shall they ever be absent from it. 16 And what will make you know what the Day of Recompense is? 17 And once again: What could make thee conceive what that Judgment Day will be? 18 The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
