We have placed the signs of the Zodiac in the sky, and decked it out for those who can see; 16 and We have made them secure against every satanic force accursed 17 so that anyone who seeks to learn [the unknowable] by stealth is pursued by a flame clear to see. 18 We have spread out the earth, and set upon it firm mountains and caused everything to grow in due proportion. 19 And We have provided therein means of living, for you and for those whom you provide not [moving (living) creatures, cattle, beasts, and other animals]. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure. 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 Surely We know those of you who have passed before and those who will come later. 24 And indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing. 25
