The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ When the Event inevitable cometh to pass, 1 There is no denying that it will befall - 2 Degrading (some) and exalting (others); 3 When the earth is shaken with a shaking [severe,] 4 And the mountains will be crushed, blown to bits. 5 and will scatter abroad into fine dust. 6 [on that Day,] then, shall you be [divided into] three kinds. 7 Those on the right hand; how happy shall those on the right hand be! 8 And those on the left – how (wretched) are those on the left! 9 And those Foremost (in Faith) will be Foremost (in the Hereafter). 10 Those are the ones brought near [to Allah] 11 In Gardens of Bliss: 12 Many of them will be from the ancient people 13 and a few from later times. 14 They will recline on jewelled couches 15 Reclining on them, facing one another. 16 Youths of never-ending bloom will pass round to them 17 Cups and decanters, beakers full of sparkling wine, 18 Unheady, uninebriating; 19 And with fruits, any that they may select: 20 and the flesh of birds, as they desire. 21 And there will be fair ones large eyed. 22 Like unto preserved pearls. 23 as reward for their deeds. 24 Not frivolity will they hear therein, nor any taint of ill,- 25 But only the saying of: Salam!, Salam! (greetings with peace)! 26 And the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 27 They will be in (the shade) of thornless lote 28 and banana trees, 29 and continuous shade, 30 Gushing water, 31 and abundant fruit, 32 never-ending and unforbidden. 33 And exalted thrones. 34 We have indeed developed these women with an excellent development. 35 And made them virginal, 36 chaste, loving companions of the same age 37 For those of the right hand. 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
