O People who Believe! Seek help from patience and prayer; indeed Allah is with those who patiently endure. 153 And say not of those slain in God's way, 'They are dead'; rather they are living, but you are not aware. 154 We shall test you through fear, hunger, loss of life, property, and crops. (Muhammad), give glad news to the people who have patience 155 Who, when a misfortune befalls them, say: Surely we are Allah's and to Him we shall surely return. 156 On those will be prayers and mercy from their Lord, those are guided. 157 ۞ Lo! (the mountains) As-Safa and Al-Marwah are among the indications of Allah. It is therefore no sin for him who is on pilgrimage to the House (of Allah) or visiteth it, to go around them (as the pagan custom is). And he who doeth good of his own accord, (for him) lo! Allah is Responsive, Aware. 158 Indeed Allah curses, and the cursers, too, curse those who conceal the clear teachings and guidance We have sent down, after We have made these plain in the Book for the guidance of all mankind. 159 Except those who repent and do righteous deeds, and openly declare (the truth which they concealed). These, I will accept their repentance. And I am the One Who accepts repentance, the Most Merciful. 160 But those who deny, and die disbelieving, bear the condemnation of God and the angels and that of all men, 161 therein dwelling forever; the chastisement shall not be lightened for them; no respite shall be given them. 162 Your Allah is One Allah; there is no Allah save Him, the Beneficent, the Merciful. 163
