Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 so fear God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 Hence, I shall not drive away [any of] those [who profess to be] believers; 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
