Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
