Al-Naml 6 of 7
Those who do not believe, say: "When we and our fathers have turned to dust, how shall we be raised again? 67 "It is true we were promised this,- we and our fathers before (us): these are nothing but tales of the ancients." 68 Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals." 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say: "Perhaps that which you wish to hasten on, may be close behind you. 72 "Verily, your Lord is full of Grace for mankind, yet most of them do not give thanks." 73 Verily your Lord knows what lies hidden in their breasts and what they disclose. 74 And all the hidden secrets of the heavens and the earth are (written) in a clear Book. (The Preserved Tablet) 75 This Quran tells the Israelites most of the matters about which they had disputes among themselves. 76 certainly it is guidance and a blessing for the believers. 77 Your Lord will judge among them according to His own decree. He is Majestic and All-Knowing. 78 Trust in God for you follow the manifest truth. 79 Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they have turned their backs retreating. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none hear save these who believe in Our signs and who have submitted themselves. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
