Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
