The warnings also came to Pharaoh's people, 41 They cried lies to Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with the seizing of One mighty, omnipotent. 42 What then, are your unbelievers better than those? Or do you have an immunity (written) in the Scrolls? 43 Or do they say, "We are a united group, and we are bound to prevail?" 44 Anon will their multitude be vanquished, and they will turn the back. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter. 46 Indeed, the criminals are in error and madness. 47 On the Day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, (it will be said to them): 'Taste the touch of the Scorching' 48 Indeed, all things We created with predestination. 49 And Our command is but one, like a glance of the eye. 50 And certainly We have already destroyed the likes of you, but is there anyone who will mind? 51 All their deeds are recorded in the Scrolls; 52 and everything, great and small, is inscribed. 53 The pious ones will live in Paradise wherein streams flow, 54 In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability. 55
