To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. On the day when the Hour of Doom arrives, the followers of falsehood will be lost. 27 And thou shalt behold each community kneeling; each community shall be summoned to its Book. Today, ye shall be recompensed for that which ye have been working. 28 “This Book of Ours speaks against you with the truth; indeed We had been recording all what you did.” 29 The Lord will admit the righteously striving, believing people into His mercy. This is certainly a clear victory. 30 But those who denied the Truth, they shall be told: “Were My Signs not rehearsed to you? But you waxed proud and became a guilty people.” 31 When it was said: 'The promise of Allah is true, and of the Hour there is no doubt' you replied: 'We do not know what the Hour is, we guess, assuming, and we are by no means certain' 32 The evil of their deeds will appear to them, and they shall be encompassed by that they mocked, 33 It will be said to them, "This Day We shall forget you, as you yourselves forgot that you would meet this Day. Your abode shall be the Fire, and you shall have no helpers. 34 That is because you took the verses of Allah (the Koran) in mockery, and you were deluded by your worldly life' So that Day they will not be brought out of it; nor shall they be repentant. 35 It is only God, Lord of the heavens and the earth and Lord of the Universe who deserves all praise. 36 His is the supremacy in the heavens and the earth; and He is the all-mighty and all-wise. 37
