And the Day when We will raise from every nation an army that denies Our signs – so the former groups will be held back for the latter to join them. 83 Until when they come, He will say: Did you reject My communications while you had no comprehensive knowledge of them? Or what was it that you did? 84 And the Word will come to pass against them because of their wrong-doing: they will then be able to utter nothing. 85 Have they not seen that We have created the night for them to rest and the day for them to see. In this there is evidence for the believing people. 86 And on that Day the trumpet [of judgment] will be sounded, and all [creatures] that are in the heavens and all that are on earth will be stricken with terror, except such as God wills [to exempt]: and in utter lowliness all will come unto Him. 87 And thou shalt see the mountains thou deemest solid passing away as the passing away of the clouds: the handiwork of Allah Who hath perfected everything. Verily He is Aware of all that ye do. 88 Whoever does a good deed, shall be rewarded with what is better, and will be secure from fear of that Day, 89 And whoever brings an evil (deed) (i.e. Shirk polytheism, disbelief in the Oneness of Allah and every evil sinful deed), they will be cast down (prone) on their faces in the Fire. (And it will be said to them) "Are you being recompensed anything except what you used to do?" 90 I have only been commanded to serve the Lord of this territory which He has made sacred; to Him belongs everything. And I have been commanded to be of those that surrender, 91 and to convey this Qur'an [to the world]." Whoever, therefore, chooses to follow the right path, follows it but for his own good; and if any wills to go astray, say [unto him]: "I am only a warner. 92 And say: 'Praise belongs to God. He shall show you His signs and you will recognise them. Thy Lord is not heedless of the things you do.' 93
