Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 as the boiling of the hot water. 46 'Seize him and drag him into the center of Hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They will not experience any death other than that which they have already been through. 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 Wait, then; they too are waiting. 59
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
