Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by all that you can see, 38 And that which you do not see. 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
