Do you not see how Allah has subjected to you all that is in the heavens and the earth, and lavished on you His visible and unseen favors? Yet some people would argue about Allah without knowledge, or guidance, or an Illuminating Book' 20 When you ask them to follow what God has revealed, they say: "No. We shall follow what we found our ancestors following," even though the devil were calling them to the torment of Hell! 21 ۞ Now whoever surrenders his whole being unto God, and is a doer of good withal, has indeed taken hold of a support most unfailing: for with God rests the final outcome of all events. 22 So do not let the unbelief of disbelievers grieve you. They will be brought back to Us, when We shall tell them what they used to do. Whatever is in their hearts is known to God. 23 We shall let them enjoy themselves for a little while, but then We shall drive them to a harsh punishment. 24 AND THUS it is [with most people]: if thou ask them, "Who is it that has created the heavens and the earth?" - they will surely answer, "God." Say: "[Then you ought to know that] all praise is due to God!" - for most of them do not know [what this implies]. 25 To God belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth; surely God -- He is the All-sufficient, the All-laudable. 26 If all the trees on earth were pens, and the sea [were] ink, with seven [more] seas added to it, the words of God would not be exhausted: for, truly, God is Almighty and Wise. 27 And your creation and your upraising are only as though of one soul; verily Allah is Hearing, Beholding. 28 Do you not see that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term, and that Allah, with whatever you do, is Acquainted? 29 For Allah is the Truth, while that which they call upon, other than Him, is false. For that Allah is the Most High, the Great. 30
