Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 So make no haste against them (O Muhammad). We do but number unto them a sum (of days). 84 The day on which We will gather those who guard (against evil) to the Beneficent Allah to receive honors 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 None will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from Ar-Rahman. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
