Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
