ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
