۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a hidden Book 78 which none can touch except the purified. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allah) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 This is indeed an utmost certainty. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
