Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We let loose the winds to fertilize [plants] and We send down water from the skies and let you drink thereof: and it is not you who dispose of its source 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25
