Do the disbelievers reckon that they can choose My bondmen as protecting friends beside Me? Lo! We have prepared hell as a welcome for the disbelievers. 102 Say: "Shall we tell you of those who lose most in respect of their deeds?- 103 Those whose effort goeth astray in the life of the world, and yet they reckon that they do good work. 104 They are those who deny the Signs of their Lord and the fact of their having to meet Him (in the Hereafter): vain will be their works, nor shall We, on the Day of Judgment, give them any weight. 105 Their requital will be Hell, because they disbelieved and mocked My signs and messengers. 106 As to those who believe and work righteous deeds, they have, for their entertainment, the Gardens of Paradise, 107 therein will they abide, [and] never will they desire any change therefrom. 108 Tell them, "If the ocean became ink for writing the words of my Lord, surely the ocean would be exhausted before the words of my Lord came to an end -- even if We were to add another ocean to it." 109 Say, "I am only a human being like yourselves. It is revealed to me that your God is One God. So let him who hopes to meet his Lord do good deeds and let him associate no one else in the worship of his Lord." 110
