Most surely We help Our apostles, and those who believe, in this world's life and on the day when the witnesses shall stand 51 The excuses of the unjust will be of no benefit to them on that day. They will be condemned to live in a most terrible abode. 52 We gave Moses Our guidance, and made the Children of Israel the inheritors of the Book -- 53 which was a guidance and good counsel to people endowed with understanding and wisdom. 54 So be patient (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, the Promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness for your fault, and glorify the praises of your Lord in the Ashi (i.e. the time period after the midnoon till sunset) and in the Ibkar (i.e. the time period from early morning or sunrise till before midnoon) [it is said that, that means the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) or the 'Asr and Fajr prayers]. 55 Those who dispute concerning the signs of God, without any authority come to them, in their breasts is only pride, that they shall never attain. So seek thou refuge in God; surely He is the All-hearing, the All-seeing. 56 Surely the creation of the heavens and the earth is a greater act than the creation of human beings. But most people do not know. 57 The blind and the seeing are not equal, nor are those who believe and do good works and the wrongdoer, yet you seldom reflect. 58 The Hour of Doom will inevitably come, but most people do not have faith. 59 Your Lord has said, 'Call upon Me and I will answer you. Surely those who wax too proud to do Me service shall enter Gehenna utterly abject.' 60
