Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue that thou mayest bear good tidings thereby to the godfearing, and warn a people stubborn. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
