Say (O Muhammad SAW): " My Lord! If You would show me that with which they are threatened (torment), 93 then do not place me, Lord, with the wrongdoers." 94 We certainly have the power to show you what they have been warned about. 95 Repel evil with that which is best: We are well acquainted with the things they say. 96 And say: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones, 97 I even seek Your refuge, my Lord, lest they should approach me." 98 [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 that I have left behind. I am likely to do good." Nay, it is merely a word that he is uttering. There is a barrier behind all of them (who are dead) until the Day when they will be raised up. 100 And when the Horn is blown, on that Day their ties of kindred shall be no more, nor will they ask each other. 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 and those whose scales are light, those will be the ones who will have courted loss. They will abide in Hell. 103 The fire burneth their faces, and they are glum therein. 104 "Were not My Verses (this Quran) recited to you, and then you used to deny them?" 105 They shall say: O our Lord! our adversity overcame us and we were an erring people: 106 "Our Lord! bring us out of this: if ever we return (to Evil), then shall we be wrong-doers indeed!" 107 He shall say: slink away there unto, and speak not unto Me. 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' ” 109 "But ye treated them with ridicule, so much so that (ridicule of) them made you forget My Message while ye were laughing at them! 110 "I have rewarded them this Day for their patience and constancy: they are indeed the ones that have achieved Bliss..." 111 He will say: How many years did you tarry in the earth? 112 They will say: We tarried by a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count! 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" 115 High Exalted be Allah, the King, the Truth. There is no god except He, the Lord of the Noble Throne. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 (Muhammad), say, "Lord, forgive me and grant me mercy; You are the best of the Merciful Ones. 118
