Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 to those who make display 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
