Hizb 38
< random >
Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 I have been sent as a trusted messenger to you. 107 So be fearful of God and listen to me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 109 so fear God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 It is for my Lord to bring them to book, if you can understand. 113 "And I am not going to drive away the believers. 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
