Hizb 38

The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
