And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
