The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 REMIND, THEN, [others of the truth, regardless of] whether this reminding [would seem to] be of use [or not]: 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And remembers (glorifies) the Name of his Lord (worships none but Allah), and prays (five compulsory prayers and Nawafil additional prayers). 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
