The unbelievers say: "When we become dust, we and our forefathers, shall we really be brought out (from our graves)? 67 We have certainly been promised this, we and our fathers before; these are naught but stories of the ancients 68 Say: "Go about through the earth and see what has been the end of the evil-doers." 69 Do not sorrow for them, nor be thou straitened for what they devise. 70 Yet they say: "When will this promise come to pass? (Tell Us) if you speak the truth." 71 Say: "The chastisement whose hastening you have been asking for, maybe a part of it has drawn quite near to you." 72 Now, verily, thy Sustainer is indeed limitless in His bounty unto men - but most of them are bereft of gratitude. 73 Your Lord certainly knows whatever their hearts conceal or reveal. 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Surely, this Koran relates to the Children of Israel most of that which they are at variance. 76 It is a guidance and grace for those who believe. 77 Indeed your Lord will decide between them by His judgement. He is All-Mighty, All-Knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; you are indeed upon the clear Truth. 79 You cannot make the dead to listen, or the deaf to hear the call, when they have turned their backs, 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ And when the time for the fulfilment of Our Word against them will come, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Signs. 82
