The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the Terror descends 1 Then none will be able to deny its occurrence. 2 (a calamitous Event) that shall turn things upside down: 3 when the earth will suddenly shake with a terrible shaking, 4 The mountains bruised and crushed, 5 they will become like dust scattered around. 6 You will become three categories: 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 And the People on the Left: and how miserable will be the People on the Left! 9 The third to the fore shall be the foremost. 10 Who will be honoured 11 in the beautiful Paradise. 12 A [large] company of the former peoples 13 and how few of the later folk) 14 They (will be seated) on gold-encrusted couches, 15 reclining on them, arrayed face to face; 16 There will circulate among them young boys made eternal 17 with goblets, jugs and cups of crystal clear wine 18 No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated - 19 And with fruits, any that they may select: 20 and the flesh of birds, as they desire. 21 And [with them will be their] companions pure, most beautiful of eye, 22 like pearls preserved in their shells, 23 [And this will be] a reward for what they did [in life]. 24 They shall not hear therein vain or sinful discourse, 25 Only a saying: "Peace, peace." 26 And those on the Right Hand, Who will be those on the Right Hand? 27 (will be) among thornless Lote trees. 28 And banana-trees (with fruits), one above another. 29 and continuous shade, 30 By water flowing constantly, 31 and abundant fruits, 32 unfailing and not forbidden. 33 And maidens incomparable. 34 Lo! We have created them a (new) creation 35 and made them virgins, 36 Loving, equals in age, 37 for the people of the right hand 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
