Indeed, Abraham was a [comprehensive] leader, devoutly obedient to Allah, inclining toward truth, and he was not of those who associate others with Allah. 120 showing thankfulness for His blessings; He chose him, and He guided him to a straight path. 121 And We gave him in this world good, and in the world to come he shall be among the righteous. 122 And afterward We inspired thee (Muhammad, saying): Follow the religion of Abraham, as one by nature upright. He was not of the idolaters. 123 The Sabbath was only appointed for those who were at variance thereon; surely thy Lord will decide between them on the Day of Resurrection, touching their differences. 124 Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and fair exhortation and reason with them in a way that is best. Your Lord knows best those who have strayed away from His path, and He knows best those who are rightly guided. 125 If you have to retaliate, do so to the extent you have been injured; but if you forbear it is best for those who bear with fortitude. 126 Endure thou patiently (O Muhammad). Thine endurance is only by (the help of) Allah. Grieve not for them, and be not in distress because of that which they devise. 127 For surely Allah is with those who hold Him in fear and do good. 128
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
