Verily We bestowed the Book upon Moses. So entertain no doubt if (the Prophet Muhammad) received the same. We had made that Book a guidance for the Children of Israel, 23 When they persevered and firmly believed Our revelations We appointed learned men among them who guided them by Our command. 24 Surely your Lord will decide between them about what they were at variance, on the Day of Resurrection. 25 Has it not become clear to them how many generations We destroyed before them, [as] they walk among their dwellings? Indeed in that are signs; then do they not hear? 26 And do they not see that We do drive rain to parched soil (bare of herbage), and produce therewith crops, providing food for their cattle and themselves? Have they not the vision? 27 And they say, "When will be this conquest, if you should be truthful?" 28 Say thou: on the day of the Decision their belief will not profit those who have disbelieved; nor will they be respited. 29 So turn thou away from them, and wait; they too are waiting. 30
