Believers, do not be like those who annoyed Moses. God proved him to be innocent of what they had said about him. Moses was a honorable person in the sight of God. 69 O ye who believe! Guard your duty to Allah, and speak words straight to the point; 70 Allah will set your deeds right for you and will forgive you your sins. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has achieved a great triumph. 71 We had offered the Trust (of divine responsibilities) to the heavens, the earth, the mountains, but they refrained from bearing the burden and were frightened of it; but man took it on himself. He is a faithless ignoramus. 72 So that Allah will torment the hypocritical men and the hypocritical women and the associators and the associatoresses and Allah will relent toward the believing men and the believing women; and Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful 73
