Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins). 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!" 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 This would almost cause the heavens to rent apart, the earth to cleave asunder and the mountains to crumble down in fragments, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 and each one shall come to Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
