Say thou: go about in the earth and then see what wise hath been the end of the beliers. 11 And ask: "To whom belongs what is in the heavens and the earth?" Say: "To God." He has prescribed grace for Himself. He will gather you on the Day of Resurrection which is certain to come. Only they who are lost of soul will not come to believe. 12 ۞ And to Him belongs whatsoever exists in the night and the day, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing." 13 Say, "Is it other than Allah I should take as a protector, Creator of the heavens and the earth, while it is He who feeds and is not fed?" Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been commanded to be the first [among you] who submit [to Allah] and [was commanded], 'Do not ever be of the polytheists.' " 14 (Muhammad), say, "Because of the torment of the Great Day, I am afraid to disobey my Lord". 15 Upon him who shall be spared on that Day, He will indeed have bestowed His grace: and this will be a manifest triumph. 16 If God should let any harm touch you, no one could remove it except He; while if He should let some good touch you, know that He has the power to do all that He wills. 17 And He is the Supreme, above His servants; and He is the Wise, the Aware. 18 Say: 'God is witness between me and you, and this Koran has been revealed to me that I may warn you thereby, and whomsoever it may reach. Do you indeed testify that there are other gods with God?' Say: 'I do not testify.' Say: 'He is only One God, and I am quit of that you associate.' 19 Those to whom We have given the Book know it distinctly as they know their sons; but those who are lost of soul do not believe. 20
