The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
