And (remember) when Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "I will not give up (travelling) until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travelling." 60 But when they came to the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, which made its way burrowing into the sea. 61 So when they had gone beyond that place, Moosa said to his assistant, “Bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.” 62 The servant said: "Did you see what happened? When we betook ourselves to the rock to take rest, I forgot the fish - and it is only Satan who caused me to forget to mention it to you - so that it made its way into the sea in a strange manner." 63 Musa said: that is that which we have been seeking. So they turned back upon their footsteps, retracing. 64 and they found one of Our servants to whom We had granted Our mercy and had given a knowledge from Ourself. 65 Moses said to him: "May I follow thee, on the footing that thou teach me something of the (Higher) Truth which thou hast been taught?" 66 Said he, 'Assuredly thou wilt not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 And how can you have patience in that of which you have not got a comprehensive knowledge? 68 Replied [Moses]: "Thou wilt find me patient, if God so wills; and I shall not disobey thee in anything!" 69 Said [the sage]: "Well, then, if thou art to follow me, do not question me about aught [that I may do] until I myself give thee an account thereof." 70
