We did indeed give Moses nine manifest signs; you can enquire from the Children of Israel. When he came to them, Pharaoh said to him, "Moses, I can see that you are bewitched." 101 He replied, "Certainly you have come to know that these have been sent by the Lord of the heavens and the earth as lessons to people. Pharaoh, I believe that you are doomed to perdition. 102 Pharaoh sought to provoke them so that they would leave the land, but We drowned him, together with all who were with him. 103 and thereafter We said to the Children of Israel: "Now dwell in the land, but when the promised time of the Hereafter comes, We shall bring you all together." 104 We sent it (the Quran) in all Truth and in all Truth it came. (Muhammad), We have sent you for no other reason than to be a bearer of glad news and a warner. 105 We have divided the Qur'an into parts that you may recite it to men slowly, with deliberation. That is why We sent it down by degrees. 106 Say: Believe in it or believe not; surely those who are given the knowledge before it fall down on their faces, making obeisance when it is recited to them. 107 and say, "Glory to our Lord! Our Lord's promise is bound to be fulfilled." 108 And they fall down upon their faces, weeping, and their humility increases when (the Qur'an) is recited to them. ۩ 109 Say to them (O Prophet!): "Call upon Him as Allah or call upon Him as al-Rahman; call Him by whichever name you will, all His names are beautiful. Neither offer your Prayer in too loud a voice, nor in a voice too low; but follow a middle course." 110 And say thou: all praise is unto Allah who hath not taken a son, and whose is no associate in the dominion, nor hath He a protector through weakness, and magnify Him with all magnificence. 111
