▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Why, then, when [the last breath] comes up to the throat [of a dying man,] 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 If he is among the near 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 But if one happens to be of those who are wont to call the truth a lie, and [thus] go astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And burning in hell. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
