But they did not listen to me," Noah said, "and followed him whose wealth and children only added to his ruin. 21 And they have plotted a mighty plot, 22 And they have said: Forsake not your gods. Forsake not Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr. 23 "They have already misled many; and grant Thou no increase to the wrong-doers but in straying (from their mark)." 24 They were drowned and sent to Hell for their misdeeds; they found no one to help them against God. 25 And Noah said: My Lord! Leave not one of the disbelievers in the land. 26 for certainly if You should leave them (alive), they will mislead Your servants, and will beget none but sinners and utter unbelievers. 27 My Lord! Forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house believing, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin. 28
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
