The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By the snorting, panting horses, 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
