۞ Have you not seen those who exchanged the favor of Allah with disbelief and landed their nation in a house of ruin? 28 Hell, where they will roast in the fire? And what an evil repository! 29 They set up rivals with Allah to lead others astray. Say to them: 'Take your pleasure; your arrival shall be the Fire' 30 [O Muhammad], tell My servants who have believed to establish prayer and spend from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, before a Day comes in which there will be no exchange, nor any friendships. 31 It was God who created the heavens and the earth. He sends down water from the sky with which He brings forth fruits for your sustenance; He has made ships subservient to you, so that they may sail across the sea by His command; and has subjected the rivers to you. 32 And subjected the sun and the moon for you, which are constantly moving; and has subjected the night and the day for you. 33 And [always] does He give you something out of what you may be asking of Him; and should you try to count God's blessings, you could never compute them. [And yet,] behold, man is indeed most persistent in wrongdoing, stubbornly ingrate! 34
