Say: "O my Lord! if Thou wilt show me (in my lifetime) that which they are warned against,- 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 And say "O my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee from the suggestions of the Evil Ones. 97 and I take refuge in Thee, O my Lord, lest they attend me.' 98 [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 so that I might act righteously in whatever I have failed [aforetime]!" Nay, it is indeed but a [meaningless] word that he utters: for behind those [who leave the world] there is a barrier [of death] until the Day when all will be raised from the dead! 100 So when the Horn is blown, no relationship will there be among them that Day, nor will they ask about one another. 101 If the side of ones good deeds weighs heavier on a scale, he will have everlasting happiness, 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 the fire will scorch their faces, and they will abide therein with their lips distorted in pain. 104 Were not My messages recited to you and did you not reject them? 105 They will say: "our Lord! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became a people astray! 106 Our Lord, bring us out of it. If we return (to sin), then we shall indeed be harmdoers' 107 He will say: "Remain condemned in it, and do not speak to Me. 108 Verily there was a party of My bondmen who said: our Lord! we have believed, wherefore forgive us and have mercy upon us, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones! 109 “So you took them for a mockery until your mocking at them made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them!” 110 Surely I have rewarded them this day because they were patient, that they are the achievers. 111 [Allah] will say, "How long did you remain on earth in number of years?" 112 They will say: "A day or less than a day. Ask the enumerators of numbers." 113 He will say: "You stayed only for a while, if you only knew that. 114 What! did you then think that We had created you in vain and that you shall not be returned to Us? 115 Then, exalted be God, the true King, there is no deity except Him, the Lord of the Glorious Throne. 116 He, who invokes another deity along with God, a deity of whose divinity he has no proof, will be brought to account by his Lord. Certainly, those who deny the truth shall never prosper. 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118
