The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By those who set the ranks in battle order 1 And those who restrain by reprimanding, 2 Then those who recite, being mindful, 3 Indeed, your God is One, 4 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, and the Lord of the Easts. 5 Behold, We have adorned the skies nearest to the earth with the beauty of stars, 6 and have made them secure against every rebellious, satanic force, 7 [So] they may not listen to the exalted assembly [of angels] and are pelted from every side, 8 driven away, and will suffer eternal punishment. 9 Some of them who stealthily steal words from the heavens are pursued by a glistening flame. 10 AND NOW ask those [who deny the truth] to enlighten thee: Were they more difficult to create than all those [untold marvels] that We have created? - for, behold, them have We created out of [mere] clay commingled with water! 11 Rather you are surprised, whereas they keep mocking. 12 And when they are reminded, they pay no attention. 13 And when they see a sign they incite one another to scoff, 14 it and say, "It is only plain magic". 15 What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected. 16 Or our fathers of yore? 17 Say, "You will certainly be brought back to life in disgrace". 18 There will be but a single blast and then their eyes will open. 19 And say: Ah, woe for us! This is the Day of Judgment. 20 (It will be said): "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny." 21
