▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 2 of 3
Whatsoever is on it (the earth) will perish. 26 But abiding is the glory of your Lord, full of majesty and beneficence. 27 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 28 Whosoever is in the heaven and earth ask Him. Every day He is upon an affair (He reveals according to His Eternal determination). 29 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 30 O you twain, who are a burden (on the earth), We shall attend to you and call you to account. 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O tribe of jinn and of men, if you are able to pass through the confines of heaven and earth, pass through them! You shall not pass through except with an authority. 33 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 34 A flash of fire will be let loose upon you, and smoke, and you will be left without succour! 35 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 36 (What will happen) when the heaven will be split asunder and will become crimson like leather? 37 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 38 Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn. 39 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 40 The sinners will be recognised by their marks, and seized by the forelock and their feet. 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 (It will be said): “This is the Hell that the culprits had cried lies to. 43 In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round! 44 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 45

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
