The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 who determined and guided, 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
